Self-regulating pad pressure holds a consistent load instead of relying on the operator, and a double-pivot pad driver lets the pad follow floor contours so the gloss comes out even rather than streaked. A stiffened frame and nine vibration isolators make it noticeably smoother to run than typical burnishers, and passive dust control with a two-port bag keeps airborne dust down in schools, hospitals and retail.
